  1. Q If my son goes to a friends house do I need the parents to set up the Bluetooth for their house for the watch?
    A Watch doesnt have to be connected to bluetooth all time. It can be used not connected.This is just to sync the time zone, and transfer the data from the watch to app to check all results in the app.
  2. Q How tall is the watch? Is it bulky?
    A It is not bulky… for a smart watch. My child is 2, so it is bulky on their wrist but it fits on the 2nd smallest size.
  3. Q How durable is the face? Does it scratch or crack easily if hit?
    A Seems fine, case is raised and creates a bumper.
  4. Q Can the games app be disabled?
    A You cannot disable just games, but it does have parental control to lock the watch and set password
  5. Q How do you change the time and date??? 😆
    A Connect the watch to the app, and it will change it automatically :)
  6. Q Does it have GPS?
    A No built in GPS
  7. Q Can you change from km to miles?
    A Yes!
  8. Q Can it be used without the internet ?
    A Yes it doesn't need internet. Just bluetooth to connect to the phone app (which doesn't have to be connected all the time, it can also be used by itself)
  9. Q Do you need a sim card or do you hook it up to your cellular plan?
    A None of them. You just sync it with a smartphone through Bluetooth
  10. Q Can I purchase an extra charger for the watch?
    A We will sell it separately soon

    A Yes its compatible with any carrier, you would just need a smartphone to use all functions with the app
  12. Q what apps require being hooked up to a phone and what works with only the use of the watch?
    A The app is Hitfit Pro. Everything works without the app. But in the app you can see all data from all your activity, change settings, notifications on the watch, and more
