When you open the app, the default interface is the login interface, please click the 'Create an account' button in the upper right corner to jump to the create account page.2. Use your email address to create an account, please note that the password needs to start with a letter and the length is 8-16 characters.3. NOTE: Please tick the 'Log-in to Accept' button below, otherwise it cannot continue to the next step.4. Account created successfully. Continue to connect the smartwatch to the Device.Reset and Reconnect the watch:1. Please reset the watch(Go to Setting, slide down to find the System, then click Reset)2. Unpair the watch through the APP if you have connected the watch before. If not, please ignore this step.3.
